We display here evidence that indexes can be beat using long-term portfolios of select US equities based on economic and other trends. Each portfolio typically holds no more than 20 symbols, and is adjusted quarterly. Intra-quarter adjustments may be made to preempt large draw downs, but no more often than monthly.
Our sample portfolios outperform all US hedge-funds managing more than $100M. While our portfolios are not for sale, if you intend to invest in a hedge-fund let us rank and provide feedback on their historical returns.
